Cancellation Policy

1) Reservation Deposit Authorization Reservation Deposit Authorization and Terms By submitting your reservation and providing payment information, you authorize Fore-Seasons Golf to charge your card a non-refundable $50 reservation deposit to hold your selected date and time. The deposit applies toward the total rental price. 2) Remaining Balance Auto-Charge Authorization Automatic Balance Payment Authorization You authorize Fore-Seasons Golf to automatically charge the remaining balance of your rental total (total rental price less the $50 deposit) to the same payment method the day before your scheduled rental date. If the charge is declined, Fore-Seasons Golf may cancel the reservation and the deposit may be forfeited. 3) Non-Refundable Deposit + Reschedule Window Non-Refundable Deposit; Rescheduling All deposits are non-refundable. A one-time reschedule (or unlimited, your choice) may be requested for an available time slot up to 8:00 AM local time on the day before your scheduled rental. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Requests after the cutoff may be denied and may result in forfeiture of the deposit. 4) Third-Party Payment Processor Disclosure Payment Processing Payments are processed securely through a third-party payment processor. Fore-Seasons Golf does not store full payment card numbers. By completing payment, you agree to the payment processor’s applicable terms and privacy policies. 5) Pricing + Add-On Acknowledgement Pricing and Add-Ons Base rental pricing is $250 per time block. The Mobile Putting Green add-on is an additional $100 if selected during booking. You agree that your total charge will reflect your selected options at the time of reservation.
